The central mission of the ministry is to promote the Great Commission of making disciples as outlined in Matthew 28:18-20. For this reason, the focus of all activities is on developing and acquiring material (mostly in Spanish) to equip pastors and church leaders with this objective. All of the material is delivered through training sessions with groups of pastors of different denominations in the cities of operation. The mission is two-fold, one of building a community of encouragement between the local pastors and also one where RAM takes an active role in partnering with them on the discipleship efforts. Following the meetings, the pastors are also encouraged to be “multipliers” in teaching their congregations to make disciples. The picture here shows the first church assisted by the ministry in 1996 in Nava, Mexico.
